It's quite easy. The most complicated part was converting all the units from imperial into metric so I could understand the instructions.

Make sure you get the bucket and the pressure barrel and that you have practiced syphoning the beer into the pressure barrel without geing any yeast in it.

I got my kit from Wilkinsons. The stuff ended up really alcoholic because I put too much sugar in it

It's not great. If you do it properly then it can be drinkable. A friend has had some pretty good results. I didn't and haven't given it a go in ages.....

im obviosuly not expecting real quality more like a taste like beer de france

but cheap beer and lots of it, its always good.

got the bucket and pressure barrel just need to practice syphonin the beer.

So erm how do you start it all off?

put water and yeast in, heat it up? leave for a few days and then syphon ito the pressure barrel? leave for about 2 weeks?

Theres a beer brewing shop round the corner from me. My mates done his own. Hes done both bitter and lager. The fermenting process stinks though, and you have to put somewhere warm I think.

I think he get 8 litres from each batch he makes.
