I think his tyres are filled with a flamable gas instead of air.

When his tyres burst from the burnout the gas gets ignited hence the very brief flames as the gas is burnt quickly.

When you see it in slow mo you can see the flames around the wheel.

defo not fuel as it would burn for a lot longer,

defo not over boost??? how would compressed air from blowing a boost hose or from blowing the intercooler ignite like that.

they do fill tyres with a gas instead of air at some dealerships, i know renault do it, cant remember if its helium or summit

They use nitrogen because it is an inert gas.

The molecules are bigger then those of compressed air so the tyre tends to remain at the correct presssure for longer and because it tends to have less moisture in it its not effected by temperature change as much as air.

some palces will fill your tyres up with notrogen selling you these benefits for a charge but its not really worth it when air is about 70% nitrogen anyway.

That volvo i reckon has some form of flamable gas i.e butane or maybe a bit of petrol in the tyres for it to ignite like that.
