Yeah they can. be around £1500 or there abouts I expect. Think Robs c16xe was about £1200

If you give vauxhall a C20XE and £1400 you'l get a re-con engine

Got it in stock, comes as a bare engine, no manifolds etc, just the complete head, block, sump and timing belt. Fully re-conned.
