kent or piper,are the two well known brands,piper do good set ups for vauxhall engines,manifold try piper or ashley same reason again theyre big quality brands

cams= pointless without at least a fully set up and mapped mantzel type inlet

manifold= janspeed/ lexmaul/ supersprint.

cams will make a good start ,then you can move on and get the head re-worked etc,as dave said a mantzel will be a good start
