I bought a stereo off them, it buggered up. i sent it back two weeks ago. aint heard a thing from them n ive emailed them the over day. wtf?
any1 else had this prob with them? it seems like they dont care now that they have my money?

i wernt ringing again, i aint got a landline and it costed a bomb, then got cut off. i recieved the stereo today with the boxed battered. i also got an email that stated "your replacement has been sent, expect it today" after i sent them a page long email complaining about various things. Great customer service

You should have taken pictures of the box Before it was opened... i would ring back ona freinds landline and explain to them

the box is the same now as when it arrived. now ive got the stereo im not gonna bother. obviously if it goes tits up then il get back in touch with them

yes they sent me the wrong stuff that i ordered. The stuff they sent was more expensive although they still only charged me for cheaper stuff, i phoned to tell them and the bloke on the other end of the phone said they wouldnt make a mistake like that the he told me i clearly knew nothing about ice as why would i be wanting 'the cheap old tat i claimed to have ordered' I just said fine your loss.
