ok i won some standard lights for my corsa,and they should have been here by at LEAST the 11th of this month,its now the 24th! i wouldnt mind normally cuz i would just wait or i would get my money back.

the problem is,i sold my lexus lights on there on the 11th (cuz my lights should have been there by then).im now gunna recieve bad feedback from him.

the seller has shown me a receipt of postage,but im still waiting..............what to do what to do?

Well if he has shown u receipt of postage you can claim your money from the post office cant you?

How is he a tosser if he has posted them to you, and has shown you proof of postage?

Surely you should be taking this up with Royal Mail?

Tell him you haven't received them and you would like him to send you a copy of the proof of postage. If he has it, then tell him to go to his post office to claim the value back under the up to £30 insurance that comes with the postage.

ok the title was a bit strong,yea he has shown me proof,but i have informed him that it hasnt arrived so surely it is up to him to track it down?

No it is up to you I think. He has done with his side of the deal. Because it would be you who would claim you need to deal with it.

if paid by paypal, make a claim in Paypal and let him track down and claim for his item from RM.

No the seller/sender of the parcel has to make the claim.
