advice on how to do this. do i just submerge it in hot soapy water and squeeze it about a bit?!

can wash em normally (like hand wash)

but leave it to totally dry

i just washed mine and my polishing cloths as they were black, left over night in a bucket of water and vanish then put in washing machine expecting them to still be black but their white again

I would deposit it in the bin as it's a useless piece of shite. Though you can buy new ones, they are disposable after all.
