If possible can someone do a vehicle check for me?

i done an insurance quote online and it came up with a very reasonable price, when i phoned to purchase the insurance it went shooting up because the number plate i provided was not the car i assumed it was

he got the 3 and the 7 wrong way round

should be 730 not 370

its a clio 1.8 16v
