Anyone got one going or shall I try and get one going?

Can't seem to find a decent one that allows mini leagues and has a decent set of rules.........

I looked at that and how gay is that? Only picking players from the Premiership! Hardly a proper WC fantasy team!
The Sun have a good one but their pages are down atm, plus not sure if you can create mini leagues?
