I started this project while driving a Corsa C 1ltr, that C taught me alot about how shit slow cars were for about 4 years - When I started the project I had roughly nearly 3 years ncb and when I got it road worthy I had gained 4 years ncb Has been worth the wait if I'm completely honest, and still learning the wonders of a high powered car

Because I'm so unprepared for that kind of action its untrue. Don't want to be shunted by some chav cunt saxo either.

I need to get on the trackday scene quick, my mechanic said i should be worried about surging and a baffle sump might be an idea...or over fill with oil

If you have the right fram of mind then you can do anything! I didn't even know how an engine worked when I first started out. I have now done an engine transplant which started second attempt after re-building the engine myself. All you need to have is the guts to give it a stab and know the right friends to help you out of any trouble

Haynes books, before this the most mechanical job I had done with a car was check oil/change wheel.

Though I cant take all the credit, some of the stuff I diddnt do:

20XE Engine rebuild/removal
20XE plugs (Lee M did it in about 10 mins flat)

I'm suret there is other stuff but did alot of grunt work putting the engine/box in, shafts and all that crazy shite.

Well had a sniff test today and the blue liquid turned green - Which means exhaust gases in the water system.

Then removed the top right hose at the front of the engine (going from camcover->dip stick area) to find thick mayo, anyone for some hotdogs?

So shes off the road as of today and I'm officially fucked for transport and money. I've got to clean out my barn and then prepare myself to start stripping shit off the engine

Expect progress pics

have been advised as to where the mayo is currently building up that its unlikely, the head has been sleaved to help prevent becoming porous but obviously that doesnt mean it would never go porous in a million years.

Lets see eh
