more adjustablility, improved handeling, and more rigidity at the front end. mine made the car so much better when set up properly. even on the crap avo coilovers i had.

need to modify the top mount area a bit tho.... like so:

infact i dont have a decent pic of it done.

Hm, next suspension mod I'm tempted by is a big thick front ARB from whiteline. Now that I can adjust my dampering on all 4 corners it could prove interesting.

Eccentric.

Concentric have the hole in the middle.

Buy some Willay, Leda will set them up and it will be even betterer.

nope, concentric ones are centred, just like a solid top mount, keeps camber/castor the same.

SHE LOVESSSSS TO LOOSE OIL YO.

Shes always been a touch smokey but I think I did alot of oil on Saturday when I went to Southend. Sat on the redline on the way home for abit so that can't help, in limbo at the moment wondering if I should get the head whipped off and sorted before the track day. I think its the stem valves anyway, bloody hope so...

In other news I put the Ledas up by five clicks on the front only and it feels lot better going into corners, managed to give fro-dizzle a quick blat about a retail park and I think we were both surprised at the current capability of the car, or at least my death wish driving skills.

decisions decisions.
