my mates getting a 1.4 sport and has got his mind set on a magnex oval but just wants to know if there anythin that will give him more powerfull doesnt want it overload or to quiet comments plz

sounds better, still oval
no exhaust on its own will give you a noticeable power gain on a 1.4

for power mate, id expect u'd be thinking of a 1.6+ 16V and you would want a full exhuast system, not just the back box.
