Are the ford and Vauxhall side repeters the same?

I have been having a look and the front looks to me to be the same,

The back of the ford ones have clips on but they could be grinded of right?

I just dont wanna pay £20 for some plasitc things haha

standard corsa c clear side repeaters are about £3 each from vaux, and clip straight in
