Got bored so i thought i would clean my wheels.. only used some Mr Mucles and soem hot soapy water.
Before:





After: (taken weights of as i am getting differnt tyres anyway)

lol i also srubed down the srews that hold the caps on (using a bit of wet and dry) then i sprayed them black.

just took ageeeees, loads of scrubbing, had mega amounts of caked on brake dust on the inside of rim, put em back on and after 1 week they were back to minging

When i got my wheels was tolfdnot to use any abrasive liquid on them....such as all the ones mentioned above...

yeah i try to use wonder wheels watered down, only use it neat on really small areas. It eats away at the laquer!
