ok my mate carl crashed while driving his gf car with no licence
so she didnt get done too it went down as taken without owners consent, she had to say she didnt know he took it
luckily the bloke he hit was ok
carl got a massive fine and was actually put on a 4 month tag where he could only go out between 9pm and 9am
the court said that way he can get a job working nights and pay his fine off easier

No insurance can now be dealt with by a conditional fixed penalty ticket.
6 Penalty Points and £200
This would be the minimum penalty. IF you are a repeat offender, you are in deeper sh1t

that doesnt seem that bad if you dont have any points, im assuming you will still have to pay for the damage one way or another

Thats if you get caught just driving will be worse if in an accident.
Other driver will probably request a compensation order, or persue claim through civil court

if you have crashed then it'll be alot worse than if you were just caught with no insurance.
My mate got a £450 fine and a year ban when he was caught with no insurance, and he was just pulled over so no crash.
I'd expect a ban of some sort and a fine.

i'd expect 6 point then a resonable fine, thats what i almost got when i didnt go court for a missed producer but was actually not guilty of nething, so got the court resat and everythin was dropped

I got the exact same oher than only had to pay court costs. The 6 points meant I was banned though!
All because after I produced the copper forgot to send it through to the courts on time and they acted as though I had never produced...wankers! Still havent heard that its sorted from them after over 2 years!!

Why is it when you see them getting done for it on traffic cops etc they get a 50 quid fine and told not to do it again?
It should be well over 200 or 400.
At least double what insurance would have cost

Or there is something else that can be done...
Stop thinking there is a way round the fact that daddy baught you a fast car, sell it and buy something smaller...
Or use the money from the sale of your Corsa to buy insurance instead of silly shit like coloured spark plugs and new alloys!

Car taken off them & sold or scrapped would be better.......hit them in the pocket & they will never think about doing it again!!!!
