Why O Why do ppl in small engine cars TRY to race you when uve got a badge that says GSi 16V on the back ov ur car? ive just had sum chimp in a corsa C SXi 1.2 16V tryin to race me and btw he failed miserablely he only caught up when i slowed down and even then he pulls along side reving and peeping. Y do ppl like this think they hav a chance at beating a car with more power than they can dream of and a bigger engine. cum on this has gone on long enough now ppl i just need an answer im sure it does other ppls heads in

If I were you I'd get a 2.0l and 16v badge and stick them on the boot, then stay close enough in front for them to read them...then blow them away

Either that or just wave your index finger at them knowingly and grin very smugly

to be fair, a corsa gsi aint a car that most people can dream to have

and you were probably just as bad racing back in you supa supa supa supa fast only can dream of gsi

Duno to be honest, can't say I've ever tried it on with anything bigger than a 1.4!

when im out in pals cars (1.6 gtis, 1.4 sports, astra888, leon 1.8 etc) we noise up evo drivers and the such just to see the guy put the foot down and do some boosting ,

but i wouldnt want to see the mighty speeds a gsi gets to tbh!

we even tried to get a dude in an enzo to give it some in glasgow but he just kinda laughed and revved it, then he was like....gone?

when a vtr tried to race me i just started pulling away until he knew i was quicker than him, was happy at that.

tho that is a more similar engine size

Back in the day when i couldnt drive i went out with a mate in his 1.4 corsa, he did this to a scoobie.. sitting at the lights and reved and peeped, speed off going past the scoobie to the next set of lights down the road... fella winds the window down and said

" weldone mate.... !! YOUR A FOOKING PRICK !!"

Speeding off leaving my mate with a deserved bright red face... still to this day he does it, mind you he drives a scoobie now too
