Is it possible for a patrol car to tell how fast your going from their car, while they are travelling the other way.

Didnt think it was, but lastnight, I saw a blue flash come from his back window after I went past him a bit too fast.

Thats wierd as i was out with a mate about a year ago in his corsa, came flying up behind a car suddenly got a couple of bright flashed in our eyes from the back window, we both thought it was a cop and had kinda somehow got a pic/ speed but nothing came through but still wonder what it was

the volvo t5 has 3 cameras i no of. one in the back window set off to the right hand side. another on the roof pointing sideways. and another facing out the front window.
