Rileysport, go and buy some folic acid, a potent strenght one, take that and your ulces will be less painfull and last only a couple of days

alocliar is alot better than bonjella (which is rubbish) as its too abrasive for them and irritates it further, may be numb for a while but it doesnt help

Mouth ulcers can be from a million and one different reasons. But still little is understood about them

Main cause is stress, it affects some people more than others. I also have an nasty habit of chewing the inside of my cheek which means i always get them
