Ah cool, who would usually be expected to pay this, me in the total price or the new owner after the price agreed?

You could state it in the ad either way.

It's usually their problem. i.e. if i bought a plate i would expect to have to pay the £80

But if you were a nice guy you could include the £80 in the sale price which would raise a little more, but probably not worth your while.

If its already on retention the 80 quid is paid. They'll need 25 quid to put in their name but thats it.

yeah £80 tranfer fee is already paid with it being on retention as you have paid the £105 i believe so they just need to buy it and say they need to pay an extra £25 to put it into there name!
