I SENT AN XR2I FRONT BUMPER WITH THE FOGS IN IT...... PARCEL FORCE £15 BUT IM NOT SURE HOW LONG IT TOOK GET THERE

why not try..just go to the post office..I've sent many parcels like that, even laptops and pcs and they take about 3 days to reach recipient and good condition if well wrapped...
But dont forget to take the necessary insurance which should cost 2-3 quids extra
you can try parcel2go or parcelforce as d128mat stated

i had loads trouble sending bumpers, just take it to local post office and send it through them, mine was shockingly cheap, had sent ages phoning couriers etc and was getting silly prices to post it

i should think its too long mate, my post office wont send anything thats over 1.5m in length
