a corsa 1.2 with either a 4 or 5 speed gearbox wont do
60 in 2nd and 90 in 3rd will it?
i dont think so but just thought id ask
my bro's mate is rambling on his 1.2 corsa is the fastest thing since the konisegegeg thing

nah, they don't. Why would they be high geared than a bigger engined corsa?

No they dont!
When i had my renault clio 1.2 it did 58 in second on the limiter and 88 in 3rd on the limiter. As for 4th, no idea!

even with an 8k rev limiter on a TB'd 16xe, i only just managed about 65 in 2nd..... so a standard 1.2

Mines a 1.2 8 valve with a 5 speed box.
Limiter in first is 31mph, 2nd is 53mph, 3rd 4th + 5th I duno about, but that answers your question
