is it possible to wihdraw a payment once and item has been sent and delivered?

this has happened to me, i sold some springs to someone on another forum for £35. paid via paypal and i sent the item, i have to pm confiming he received the springs, on checking paypal today i notice in -£35 on my balance when checking my transactions the payment has been reversed :S

is this possible and where do i stand?

how do i find out if a claim has been made, just says reversed on the transaction history
