bit of a problem here, i bought 2 tickets for the 02 wireless festival which were then sent to my 02 handset as a text message. the text message contained a number and barcode which are scanned at the gate.
Anyway a month ago my phone was stolen, got new one on insurance but my ticket was on my old handest. spoke to 02 and they said contact ticketmaster.
ticketmaster phone line can never get through, have asked a question on their website in the help section and they never get back ffs!!
Anyone else get one of these tickets? im not 100% sure if it was ticketmaster that did the mobile phone tickets. and looks like i may have deleted my booking ref email, although i cant 100% remember if i ever got one.
