what can i do about it, other than strepsils, which are having no effect

any remedies i can cook up at home from some simple ingredients?

Edit - and yes i do have an infected ear where I let blokes Jizz there infected jizz into my ear

I have a sore throat, well mostly tongue.
Although this would be from trying a pasta shell last night to see if it was cooked, and finding that it was still full of boiling water

Fruit Pastel shelp - the juice soothes it and the sugar scratches all of the bad stuff off of it - work a treat.

If it develops into a cold drink a 1.5l bottle of Sunny D.
