if youve got a freeview box you can get the red hot channel by text, you text them register and pay then they send you a code to enter to view it,

my freeveiw box must be out of date or shoot beacuse I get a white box comming up the the screen saying "your equipment cant recive this service at present, However we are rapidly adding other digital recivers to the service which may allow you to register and purchase redhot in the near future.... bla bla bla"

Is that a signal issue or a hardware issue?
