Just got back form a good swim... did 1km in 30 minutes (40 laps x 25m), I think thats quite good

Who else enjoys a bit of swimming ? Saw a well fit bird as well Had a sneaky looksie under the water

I used to do a bit of swimming, was pretty good in the school team etc. I'm too lazy to go now though, not been proper swimming for ages.

I used to be the best swimmer won loads of comps...then broke my arm in year11 and haven't done it properly since! Shame really as you never know where I could have gone with that

We used to go through 6/7k metres in our sessions, twice a day. Looking back I realise how fit I used to be

Loved it, trained 5 times a week and competed on the weekend. Wish id never given it up tbh!

i only swin on holiday lol and thats only when im sober still pretty good though, had loads of "stripes"

I love arsing about in the pool by i always swallow water when/if i train properly
