My corsa passed MOT fine and it's not been amended to 2 seats as far as i'm aware my car has the capacity for 5 seats but i only use 2.

nope. as long as their is no seatbelts present then it will be tested as a two seater.

if u have a nsf seat that has fucked seatbelt, remove seat and seatbelt assembly and it cant fail because there is no seatbelt there. like zafiras have folding seats, if they come in for MOT and seats are folded down, as a tester u cannot lift them up and test them-u test vehicle as it comes to you.

Rear wiper isn't motable, nor are reverse lights, car needs 2 mirrors: 1 on windscreen, 1 on o/s. spare isn't checked. emissions on age of engine not car.

Mine has just gone through computerised (new system) mot with non functioning rear wiper, indicators relocated to reverse(clear) section on stock rear lights, flat and bald spare wheel, o/s door mirror only (advisory on absent n/s, couldn't fail), no cat (M reg but fitted 1990 20SEH).

Rules is rules, they're only there 2 b bent!
