i think more to the point... WHY is the ground and everything between the spokes? looks like the wheel was shopped on with the car jacked up and the wheel off IMO

I agree with robin, look at the bottom centre spoke just to the left. there is no inner rim

Plus if you look at some of the other pics, the black spokes go right to the tyre, but not in the straight on shot!
