Theres a job going at my local VW garage. just wanted to know what they're like to work for, whats the typical pay like, etc etc

Sales is a cunt of a job.....crap hours, working weekends, impossible targets etc.

Bloke downstairs from me works for Audi - says basic is crap but if your good so are the rewards!!

You can spend a saturday afternoon chasing up cunts who you know arnt going ot buy the car & you would much rather be in the pub!!

Another bonus is a new car every 4 months or so......bloke downstairs has had a few nice TT's & RS4, S3, S4 etc

I used to work in parts, mate works at VW sales, good commision. Shit hours though. he has Thursday off thats it, then rest of the time hes working 9.00 - 6.30 6 days a week

Right where do i start

VW as a hole are ok to work for, there are better and worse companys to work for

sales is a cunt though, have to give up weekends, bank holidays etc etc

down here in non wippit land, the basic pay is 10K plus commision, remeber things like company car tax will take shit loads out

on targets and commision corb may be able to fill you in more, but our lads are on 12 new and 12 used a month iirc, and earn less than £100 in most cases from these deals

most money is made from things like gap insurance and autoglym lifeshine add on's etc

its a hard job, and seen loads of top bloke crack under the pressure, which gets put on them, but if your good shitloads of ££££ can be made
