... I have to be up at 6am for work tomorrow (well, technically today).
This is getting to be a regular occurence, I think I need to see a doctor or a shrink or something!

Sometimes at work I feel like a bloody zombie or something!
One woman in particular is one of the main causes for my insomnia I feel.

Ive gone since I was 13/14 getting to sleep at 2am ish at the earliest and getting up for 6.30-7am, you get used to it after a while. Your body doesnt need that much sleep, and I rarely feel tired from the 4-5hrs I get.

I think I should have a beer or two each night before I go to sleep, I've found that's the only way I can get a good night's sleep.
Kinda sad huh.

beer will mean you dont sleep as well, you'll only be getting light sleep and are more likely to sleepwalk.... apparently

It has the opposite effect on me Rob, I can go to sleep easily after I've had a beer for some reason!
As for sleep walking, my body CBA doing that!
