is it a good idea to write a receipt?
i have no idea what to put on it.

or do you think filling the v5c form is enough?

ive never been given a reciept, or given one to anyone

but if i was doing it, id definitely put sold as seen on it

Sold as seen means fcuk all though. If there is something wrong with the car, and you dont want a comeback, you have to sell it as spares or repair.

Make sure you get the time of purchase on the reciept, that if they go blasting off at 100mph, you can prove you had sold the car.
