A while ago there was a lad on here selling some parts from his car, think it was a boot and bad boy bonnet i can not remember his user name but his msn address is: mush_man2002@hotmail.com
Anyway i decided i did not want eitha item, but he offered me a momo gear knob.... for £12.50 so i decided to accept and pay him via pay pal (i still have my email recipt) so i sat and wait while he confirmed payment and asked me for my address etc to post to, i gave and sat and waited, after a week i emailed and asked where it was he said he sent 2nd class so shud be here in next couple of days, week later i asked again to be told they had lost it and returned it too him  So he said he was posting it again! and i sat waited another week and asked where it was, by now he said he hadnt a clue and would refund me the cash back via pay pal............ sat here a week on and guess what nothing!
Is there anything i can do? i know its only £12.50 but still i dont care and i would rather have it then give it to some tosser taking the PISS!
or have i just been ASS FUCKED BY SOME PRICK?

Yea Paypal has buyer protection, if he can't prove that he sent it then you should get your dosh back mate
