He has more credentials than the rest of them thats for sure, but he better move quickly and learn English quick, Raneri (sp) learnt it quickly, I hope he does to.

I think he is the only one of the candidates that will get the respect of the players!
All of the others (bar McLaren) maybe just don't have the stature to be England manager.
In my opinion of course

McClaren - Done fuck all, wont get respect
Curbishley - as above
Allardyce - Not achieved enough, but would get the respect.
O'Neill - Im sorry, but anyone can have success in scotland
Scolari - succesful, will get respect, and will have the bottle to drop players and bring in otehr players depending on the opposition.
Lets just hope he learns english.

its fucking bullshit. The FA have learnt fuck all. We need the passion an English manager would bring. Not some foreign whos just picking up his couple of million each year

If Mclaran isn't spitting feathers about this then I'm fcuking amazed!
I'd walk into their offices, drop my pants, bend over and tell them all to SMB and stick their assistant managers job up their greasy arse cracks!

i think it's a bad move too..Seen what happened to Scotland with a foreign manager, but mind you we were not upto much before that either but were better off than under Berti..
