Trying to book hotel rooms for whitley bay or newcastle , dont want a dump but no more than 60pound a room . Theres 10 of us going so need 5 rooms.

Can anyone reccomend any?

premier in on the quayside, although i wouldnt recommend satying in town, one couple decent next to metro centre, 5 mins in taxi and close to shopping etc

lynny , where abouts in newcastle do you think stay, i have called all the big ones like holiday in etc and they are all full , which one is it just out?

do a search for hotels etc at metro centre gateshead, theres a premier travel inn, holiday inn, etc all same price and rooms are canny! 5 misn in taxi to town and walkin distance to largest shoppin centre in europe (where i work) address for hotels should be somehting liek swallwell, gateshead etc, let me know if you cant find

when i was up there for a weekend, stayed in a hotel called the Swan (think its called that - massive white building, indoor pool etc). Was about 70 quid a night and was pretty good. Was about 5 outisde the centre!

Whitley bay is a shit hole, stayed there for 2 days last year in the b&b for about £20, it was like been in fcuking Beirut

i think there are a few b+b's around jesmond on osborne road. Its a suburb just on the outskirts of the city centre, 10 mins walk away
