Bought a phone cover off ebay has mine was tatty, got one sent from hong kong which i recieved today, problem is the front fascia has a big crack in the screen. I've emailed the seller with a pic showing it saying i was another sent or a refund and have recieved this back;
"if you send new one to you,you will play 3.5GPB shipping price"

surely thats not right? i've already paid shipping price. plus the screen was broke and stuck in the wrong place. This guy is obviously not too good at English so it might be a problem, so not sure what to put back.

i bought a sd card from a hong kong seller arrived broke had to pay for shipping it back they paid to ship the new one it took months to get a new one.

not much you can do your not covered by ebay and there wont be any postal insruance guess you will haveto pay.

unless you email him and tell him your unhappy ect, see if that works.

If you didn't pay for insurance you have no comeback then.
All the money you pay for postage isn't actually for postage.
Its a way of getting round ebay fees.
Thats why stuff is 1p with 24.95 postage.

Yeah i know that, but its cheeky to ask for more when you have paid 6 quid postage already, since it shouldn't be 6Quid anyway!
I can't stand the ebayers that complain and say postage costs are too high though, nobody makes them bid on the auctions and the postage is clearly stated!
