im after a cat convertor for my c20xe corsa so the obvious answer is to get one from a calibra 16v and make it fit.
now i got intouch with my local partco and they list 2 for the calibra 16v, one is 65+vat the other is 100+vat
the guy said that the pipes are slightly longer and have different flanges on but this doesnt matter to me obviously as it will be chopped up and made to fit my corsa neway!
what i want to know is will the internals of the cat itself be the same?
mines a late dizzyless c20xe so will it matter if i use the earlier one for a dizzy c20xe?
naturally i wanna get the cheaper one if i can but i just wondered if it will effect the emmisions or will it be the same, the price difference seems alot for something that mite have a different flange and longer pipe

dont bother with cat-scrathc off engine number and tell em its a 20xe when it comes to mot time
