Can i jump start my brother bike off the car? or will it fcuk up

want to take the bike out for a wee blast as its been sitting a while... but dont want to fuk it up with 2 much voltage

Do a rolling start, ign on, get it rolling, clutch in get second then clutch out

the instant it starts to go revs on, and clutch in
