Picked this up from Nottingham last night and I can't believe how quick the thing is
It needs a good clean and a few little things doing here and there cosmetically but Im pleased with it

Thanks I've been the scrappie today and will be fitting them tomorrow with a new radiator and a new lock set

No mate the lad who I bought it off decided to put a 2L rad on when the head gasket went a bodged it in which ment cutting the bumper.

i get ya now. rad sits at an angel. lookin a very base to work on. std bumpers in black are the way forward. i love my valver when its working lol

Im loving this even having only driven it for 200 miles.I only paid £1100 for it I didnt expect a minter and would prefer something like this I can work on and put my own mark on.

i reckon you get the part colour coded post 97 bumpers, debadged grill and back to black on arches and bump strips!!
then it would look sweet!!

Cheers mate I really dont know which way I want to go with the car yet,I just want to get the bumper/arches/rad and a wash done and then I'll see

car itself is solid, engine seems spot on as craig says just needs a tidy up and get some trim put back in as it was all removed, we done quite well for bits in breakers today

I reckon you should leave it as it is. Maybe take an arch off completely and put an odd wheel on it then it will be a true sleeper
