Got a U2U message advisor, yet when I click on it - the U2U box comes up telling me that
You must be logged in or registered to use U2U
why for is this? - when i'm clearly logged in, otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this!

try clearing ure cache mate and relogging back in

Erm, if you can't solve it via Ian's way it's:
Tools>>Internet Options
Then you should see Clear Temporary Internet Files and Clear Cookies, click both of those but be warned it removes all your passwords entered and stored on websites so u'll have to log back in to everything....

already fdone that - cleared Cookies/history/Temp files b4 posting the question - to no avail ?!?

it's not being blocked - the box is opening - but it's telling me that I can't access messages as I'm not logged in
tried ctrl + F5 as well and nothing

Once you've opened the box do a ctrl-f5

sorted - don't know what happened - logged out again and back in (for about tenth time) and this time it's worked!
weird - maybe it was the Guinness after work
