I'd expect your car to win really in a straight line, I think with a couple of roundabouts thrown in it might have gone his way a bit. They are supposed to have good handling.

ive never had any probs leaving them in a straight line, bit difficult round bends tho.
anyway, most people that own a cooper 's' cant drive, they just buy them as a fasion accessory.
