was going to ask something simular to this.
As i dont currently have one i dont know what mods are involved so how do you go about explaining it to them to get a rough quote?

You tell the over the phone what you know, all you know actually.
AF will usually send you out a mods decleration form, you write down everything done to the car and send it back.
