noticed tonite whilst i was parked up that my temp gauge was showing 100.
i had just been driving and parked up when i noticed it, it got to 100 and the fan kicked in and then stayed half way between 100 and 90 whilst the car was idleing, should it be that high and is it normal?

I also had this problem at one point with my 1.2 16v.
Replaced the thermostat and temp sensor on the radiator, and all was good again.

my car has been doin this aswell, but its been goin right up to the red. What i did was checked my water level and it was LOW, lol, so topped it up and it seeme to be running fine.
