http://media.putfile.com/corsa-turbo-233bhp
^^^ Got my car on rollers at donny this weekend. It did 230bhp on first run and 233 bhp on second run @ 12psi. Also 196bhp at wheels! Well happy!
Sorry no sound on video but looks cool, love it when it jerks when throttled back.
Before anyone asks, I saw standard cars doing standard power etc so rollers were almost spot on. I did make a point of asking for the errors but they said they were as precise as it gets so nerrrr!
Sexy shiney engine

Car on jacks - puncture!

They certainly didnt seem like cowboys to me. I had an in depth conversation with them beforehand and they knew what they were on about. Was red.dot

well inaccurate isnt the word on those portable jobs!!
you have an exhaust system and air filter right? well they wont really be giving you much hike in performance and no standard C20LET came out the factory with 233bhp why should yours be different?
youve summed it up in your post "You well happy" this is exactly there aim, they over calibrate the rollers so people go away with a smile on there face and recommend all there mates to try it

I know, its the cool thing to do isnt it...
The fact that there were standard rst's doing 140bhp and standard cossies doing 220bhp tells me they were as near as any. If thats not good enough tho...

£40 for 2 runs right at the end on sun. They calibrated the rollers to my car. Took about 20 mins. They did make a point that the figures had been spot on and the rollers were new and alot more accurate than many fixed ones.
Steve - my engine is a turbocharged XE, not sure of internals till I break it!

FMIC and large bore exhaust would help the std power figures, plus it may not be a standard ecu, i never looked into it TBH.
I dont think you can argue with the wheels bit tho? as thats a physical calibration
