What are good ones to go for?

People say G-Max and Apex are crap?

Seen some Jamex ones at a reasonable price. Are Spax any good?

Any pics of Corsa Bs on 17s lowered 60mm welcome.

Allready have Cobra shocks so I only need to buy springs...

Spax seem to be very low. I like it

Do you think it would be advisable to have camber adjustable top mounts if I go lower? Also I should be ok keeping my Cobra shocks shouldn't I?

I was using a full gmax -60mm kit.
The shocks didnt last so i replaced them with koni adjustables, this made a superb difference.
Then one of the gmax springs snapped so i bought a set of -60 Eibach springs, theese springs are superb, much comfier than the gmax, just as low,and the handling is sooo much better.
Eibach springs are twice the price of anything else but are well worth it IMO,they cost about £135 for the four.
And yes, your cobra shocks will be fine to use with whatever springs you want.
Also,If you want your car to handle better, replace the 17's with 15's.
I have goodyear eagle F1-GSD3 195/50/15's ET49mm and it handles way better than with my old 17's on,much more precise steering,no tramlining and it just generally behaves much better.
And a bonus is that tyres are cheap as chips!

Rob, what tyres were on your speedlines as they look wider than a 195 width.

Have never heard of 60mm Eibach springs? Only 50mm front, 30mm rear

I dont think they do either.

Its down to Spax and Jamex! No one seems to have pictures of their cars on Jamex springs though. Think I will go with Spax...

Worth buying adjustable top mounts off Ebay or will it not alter the camber much from what it is now?

Also another thing - haven't adjusted my brake bias valve thingy and never had a problem so far. Will I need to adjust it when I lower 60mm?
