i know there is already a thread here for this but my problem is my car was fine and running good until i got the bonnet extended and got rid of the grill. Now the car is seriously overheating. There aint enough air getting through the front of the car to cool down the radiator. Ive topped it up with coolant and that has done nothing. Could someone tell me where or how to get a hold of a switch thing whcih i can manually turn the fan on and off when over heating?
The other alternative is to have the fan running all the time, which i aint to sure on this one!
Help is really appreciated guys

taking the plug off the radiator thermostat and bridging the connections causes the fan to be on permanently

or wire it yourself to a switch then switch it on yourself then you can leave it on constant or what ever

40Amp relay tapped into the brown and white wire that runs to the fan from the temperature sensor. Run a switch to the relay. This way it will still come on automatically.

Use 28 Amp wire from the relay to the earth. 5Amp wire will suffice for the switch.
