My corsa was fully stripped and i used it daily. Its okay if you can put up with the extra road noise and the bare look, theres not really a noticable different on the road, maybe on handling a bit.
My new car i havent stripped at all and don't intend to either, its just whether you can put up with the noise, cold and hasstle

I think stripping a car of weight is the best way to improve performance. Doesnt affect reliability, is free and as long as you dont go too far is easily reversed!
Do it!

makes a big difference.... think what your car is like when the tank is nearly empty and you have no pasengers!!!!! More of that cant be a bad thing
Going for stripped to super stripped (dash and some metal bracketry gave me a 14.4 over a 14.6

you can see the rise in the rear once its all out by quite alot thank fook my coilovers go on today... i can defo feel the differance and was amazed at the weight loss
Noise wise i hear every stone and splash so i might go for a false floor to kill some of the sound

I have to put the rear back in to comply with road rally regulations Cos im a girl.
I have to say stripping my rear did make a ton of difference, stuck to the road better and generally felt alot lighter and more stable through the corners.
