been sent this and its been confirmed as genuine
Dear Colleague
The following information has been received and is a genuine ongoing scam;
If you or your company receive a card through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) saying that they have a parcel awaiting delivery instructions and can you contact them on 0906 661 1911 DO NOT call the number as this is a mail scam originating from Belize. If you call the number and you start to hear a recorded message you will already have been billed £15 for the phone call.
If you receive a card from PDS do not contact them - call your local trading standards office.
Kind Regards

It's also bullshit because the maximum call charge per min is £1.50 I believe, so you would have to be on the phone at least 10 mins to be charged £15.

You would have to be a moron to call a 09 number without reading the small print. You would have to be an even bigger moron to phone an 09 number when there is no small print at all.
