That was posted a while back, and IMO a fake.

Blood is not that colour. and point also made how it could get on the drivers seat like that.

i dont doubt they are deer organs, could of easily been put there.

The hair on the steering wheel looks real etc, but when the hell was blood actually flame red?

FLAME red? Maybe they were on the way to the bodyshop with vaux flame red in the boot
