Been getting alot of green fleme recently (had a bad stomach for a while)

Anyway got some fleme this morning on way to work and it had blood in it, since then its just been normal green fleme but with no blood.

Could this be my system clearing out?
Should I go to docs or not worry now there isn't anymore blood?

I often get that whan I have kidney stones (which I get fairly ofetn and it hurts like nothing else you could possibly imagine), obviously you don't have kidney stones as you'd sure as hell know it but it's probably a good idea to see the doc just to be on the safe side.

I've had a bad stomach for months now, they reckon it's IBS but still getting loads of fleme and a dodgy stomach.
