Turned out her flat mate had it, i never got my money back

i personally think if paypal let someone whos a fraud exploit there system they should take responsiblity and fund the money themselves, after all it is the security or lack of it that has given a person the ability to fraudulently use it

someone should take them to court

From: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/seller/ChargebackRisk-outside

PayPal reserves the right not to dispute a chargeback even if the seller has provided some evidence, particularly if PayPal believes the dispute is not likely to be successful.

you're fucked chief.

I am allready verified so they shouldn't be asking me to verify again. Also they spelt below wrong.

When I hover over the link they sent me it says http://www.rl-paypal.com

that website was there on the day I got the email but now it doesn't work! I clicked on the link but I didn't fill in the details they wanted as the address wasn't paypal.com

Its happened to me before.
Sent the item out then paypal decided to take the money back.
I cancelled all my direct debits with them and removed all card details.
Paypal is really just a license for paypal to print money.
